We offer short and long term weekly, bi-weekly and monthly residential services and cleaning packages as well as post construction clean-ups, infection control cleaning and hoarding accommodations. All Clean provides several approaches considering each customer’s needs and preferences. Some customers, for instance, prefer to not deal with anything related with cleaning. For them, the company will provide all the supplies and equipment necessary for the house cleaning services. However, if the customer prefers, they can provide their own supplies. Kitchens

  • Wipe down disinfect countertops, sinks and backsplashes.
  • Countertops, cabinets and drawers outside. Optional: clean inside remove expired food if requested.
  • Clean inside/outside of appliances refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
  • Optional: refrigerator remove expired food if requested.
  • Wipe down stove top.
  • Pull refrigerator, oven out to clean (Do Not Pull-out Gas Ovens).
  • Spot Fully clean (Use White Sponge) walls, ceilings spittle. (Carefully move furniture. Not to damage floor). Damp cloth wipe down & dust furniture, baseboards, lite switch plates, doors, doors/window frames.
  • Polish all brass and bright work.
  • Spot clean where necessary.
  • Empty trash-clean cans and wall spills.
  • Clean, sanitize and disinfect floors.
  • Ensure all areas are clean & arranged in a tidy fashion prior to leaving.
 

Bathrooms

  • Home Cleaning: Only one way to clean the bathrooms... Top to Bottom and everywhere in between.
  • Lite Office and Warehouse Cleaning:
    If client supplied: Stock toilet tissue, hand towels, facial tissues & hand soap.
  • Empty rubbish bins are fully clean and wipe down and liners replaced.
  • Clean and polish mirrors.
  • Cleaned and disinfect toilets, urinals and shower stalls.
  • Clean and sanitize all sinks and countertops. Polish all faucets
  • Dust partitions, all flat surfaces, tops of mirrors and frames
  • Vacuum, wash, and disinfect floors.
  • Re-stock other products as required.
 

Bedrooms

  • Tidy up the room and make the bed if linens left out and requested
  • Spot Fully clean (Use White Sponge) walls, ceilings spittle. (Carefully move furniture. Not to damage floor). Damp cloth wipe down & dust furniture, baseboards, lite switch plates, doors, doors/window frames.
  • Dust knick-knacks
  • Clean mirrors, empty trash and remove cobwebs
  • Floors vacuumed and wet mopped
  • Clean windows inside/out-Sil/Dirty Ledge, If tilt in.
